Who the consent is given to
By ticking “I consent to the processing of my personal data” at VIT TEAM sign-in, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, consent to the operator, Тарасов Виталий Алексеевич, on the professional income tax regime (self-employed), INN (taxpayer number) printed on every «Мой налог» receipt, email viton13bussiness@gmail.com, processing my personal data on the terms below (Art. 9 of Russia's Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”).
What data
My VITON ID email and technical ID; the business profile, messages, tasks and materials I put into the dashboard; the emails of people I invite; payment records; the date, time and IP address of this consent; and the technical data listed under “Cookies” in the privacy policy.
Purposes
Running my VIT TEAM dashboard, doing tasks with the AI team, taking payments and issuing receipts, answering my requests, protecting the service and meeting legal duties.
Actions with the data
Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction, with and without automation.
Transfer to the recipients listed under “Who receives the data” in the privacy policy, including cross-border transfer to AI providers (CometAPI, Anthropic, Google, Higgsfield) and Telegram, whose servers are outside Russia, limited to what the tasks need.
Term and withdrawal
The consent is valid while I have a VIT TEAM dashboard, or until I withdraw it. I can withdraw it, or only the consent to cross-border transfer, by writing to viton13bussiness@gmail.com. The operator then stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days, unless another legal basis requires keeping it.
This consent doesn't cover marketing emails; separate consent would be asked for them.
