What this document is
This is a public offer by — (“we”): an offer to enter into an agreement on these terms with anyone who accepts them. The terms are the same for every client.
You accept the offer when you create a dashboard or pay for a rental. From that moment the agreement is in force. Silence is not acceptance.
VIT TEAM is a service for businesses. You must be 18 or over to accept these terms, on your own behalf or for the business you represent. If you use the service as a consumer, you keep every right consumer protection law gives you, and nothing in these terms limits them.

What we provide
We rent out a team of AI workers built for a business job, called a factory: a team lead and specialists. The team works in your dashboard: it answers in the chat, writes texts, makes photos and videos, researches the web, schedules approved posts and publishes them to connected channels.
VIT TEAM workers are AI, not people (users must be told this under Article 21 of Kazakhstan's Law “On Artificial Intelligence”). They run on Claude, Gemini, Veo, Nano Banana and Higgsfield models. Models may change if that doesn't make the results worse.
The team learns from your feedback: approvals and edits become its memory and working rules. That memory belongs to your dashboard only.
Free trial
A new dashboard works free for 7 days, no card needed.
The trial includes one mini-campaign and smaller limits. The dashboard shows how many requests, photos, videos and research runs are left.
When the trial ends, the team stops. The business profile and posts are kept: start a rental and the team picks up where it stopped.
Rental and payment
The rental is paid in advance for 30 days: as a plan (Start, Pro or Business) or as salaries for individual workers. Prices and limits are on the pricing page and in the dashboard, in US dollars.
A paid period starts on the day of payment. If you pay before the current period ends, the new one is added to it. The rental does not renew automatically: each period is paid separately.
Payments are not connected yet: the dashboard has a test button and no money is charged. When we connect a payment provider, this section will be updated and we'll tell you in advance.
Prices may change. A new price applies from the next paid period; a period already paid for doesn't change.
Grace period and automatic switch-off
If the rental isn't renewed, the team keeps working for 3 days more, with a reminder in the dashboard.
Then the team switches off: new tasks aren't done and scheduled posts are paused. Dashboard data is kept.
Once you pay, everything continues where it stopped and the pauses lift on their own.
Limits
Every plan has limits: team seats, brands, channels, posts, chat requests, photos, videos and deep research runs. They are counted over a rolling 30 days.
When a limit runs out, that feature waits until room frees up in the 30-day window, or until you move to a higher plan. Unused limits don't carry over.
We may temporarily restrict the service if we see abuse or a threat to its security, and we'll tell you straight away.
Gifts
Every payment for a rental or salaries comes with one gift from the VITON13 studio, your choice of: a landing page or website fix, a promo video, a content pack, or an audit with a growth plan.
You choose the gift in the dashboard. People from the studio get in touch, clarify the job and agree on timing. The gift's scope is as described in the dashboard.
The gift is free and not part of the rental price. It can't be exchanged for money or passed to someone else. If a payment is refunded before its gift is chosen, the gift is cancelled.
What the AI produces
AI makes mistakes. Texts, photos, videos and reports are drafts: they may contain inaccurate facts, outdated data and invented details. Check them before you use them.
The team's answers are not legal, medical, financial or tax advice. The AI legal specialist checks texts against rules, but it is not a lawyer and doesn't replace one.
By default nothing is published without your approval. If you switch on autopilot (Pro and Business plans, or a salaried SMM manager), posts the team lead has checked are scheduled on their own: that way you approve them in advance.
Ads must be recognisable as ads. The team labels advertising, but the labelling is your responsibility. In Kazakhstan, for example, influencer ads online are marked with words such as «реклама» or «на правах рекламы» (para. 5 of the Online Ad Marking Rules), and in Russia they need the «реклама» label, the advertiser's details and an erid token (Article 18.1 of the Law “On Advertising”).
Synthetic photos, videos and audio that depict real people, or events that never happened, may be shared only with a machine-readable mark and a visible warning (Article 21 of Kazakhstan's Law “On Artificial Intelligence”).
The models are shared, so others may get similar results: we don't guarantee uniqueness. Rights in what the team makes for you are yours to the extent they exist: in Kazakhstan, a work made with AI is protected by copyright only if a human made a creative contribution (Article 23 of the AI Law).
Your responsibilities
What you publish and use. In advertising you are the advertiser and are responsible for its content (Article 20 of Kazakhstan's Law “On Advertising”).
The materials you give the team: texts, photos, logos, reviews, customer data. You need the rights to them, and for photos of people, their consent (Article 145 of Kazakhstan's Civil Code).
Emails and calls to contacts found in research: in many countries, marketing messages may be sent only with the recipient's prior consent.
Truthful advertising: no invented reviews, statistics or “customers”, and no comparisons without proof. The team may decline such requests.
Access to your dashboard: don't share your sign-in; invite people under Plan → Team access. The people you invite work under these same rules, and you are responsible for what they do in the dashboard.
In Kazakhstan, advertisers keep ad materials for one year after the last run (Article 16 of the Law “On Advertising”). The data export in the dashboard helps with that.
What's not allowed
Using VIT TEAM for illegal content, deception, spam, fake reviews, deepfakes of real people without their consent, harassment, discrimination or ads for prohibited goods.
Trying to break into the service, get around the limits, or resell access without an agreement with us.
If a rule is broken, we may decline a task, remove material or suspend the dashboard. If the breach isn't dangerous, we'll warn you first and give you time to fix it.
Data
How we process data is described in the Privacy Policy on this site.
Data about other people (customers, colleagues, contacts found in research) we process on your behalf: only for your tasks, confidentially and with security measures, using the providers listed in the Privacy Policy. We help you answer those people's requests, tell you about breaches, and when the agreement ends we delete the data or hand it over to you.
You give us that instruction, including the transfer of data to AI providers abroad, and confirm that you have a basis for it.
How the service runs
We aim to keep the team working around the clock, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service: it depends on AI providers, hosting and social networks.
We improve and change the service. If a change noticeably worsens a plan you've paid for, you can cancel the rental and get the money for the unused days back.
Liability
We are responsible for our own fault and fix service errors quickly.
We are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of AI answers; for material approved by you or by autopilot; for blocks and outages of social networks and other third-party services; or for lost profits and indirect losses.
Towards business clients, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental over the last 3 months.
These limits don't apply to intentional harm and don't restrict consumer rights: a consumer contract may not exclude or limit liability for harm (Article 8-1 of Kazakhstan's Consumer Protection Law).
Cancellation and refunds
You can stop the rental at any time: just don't renew it. To delete your dashboard, write to —.
If you cancel in the middle of a paid period, we refund the payment minus our actual expenses for the service already provided (Articles 683–686 of the Special Part of Kazakhstan's Civil Code).
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have 14 days to withdraw from the agreement without giving a reason. If you ask us to start work sooner, on withdrawal you pay only for the part already provided (Articles 9 and 14 of Directive 2011/83/EU).
We may end the agreement if a breach is serious or isn't fixed after a warning. In that case we refund the unused days.
Changes to these terms
A new version of the terms is published here with a new date. We'll tell you about important changes in the dashboard or by email at least 15 days in advance.
A paid period runs under the terms it was paid under. If the new terms don't suit you, you can simply not renew.
Disputes and governing law
The agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
If something goes wrong, write to — first. We'll give a substantive reply within 10 calendar days.
If we can't agree, the dispute goes to the court at the location of —. A consumer may go to any court the law allows them to, and to their country's consumer protection bodies.
Language
These terms are published in Russian and English. If the versions differ, the Russian version prevails.
